We are pursuing commercial real estate projects with a 30% value add potential in the $5-50mln range.  We are experienced in converting underperforming hotels into extended stay hotels and apartments to improve the value of the property for the community and for the ownership.  We also invest as General or Limited partners in mobile home parks, self storage, apartments, industrial, retail, and assisted living facilities.
